It's been over a year since I did anything on Asian fitness beauty Lisa Cheng, aka "The Hong Kong Spider Woman".
And since that write up, Lisa won the August 2009 Asian Body Fitness and the Miss Fitness Championships in Thailand.
As far as I can tell, this is a list of Lisa's female fitness competitions:

Asian Championships (2007) - Women Body Fitness 160cm, 7th place
Asian Championships (2007) - Women Fitness 160cm 4th place
Asian Championships (2008) - Women Body Fitness, 3rd place
Asian Championships (2008) - Women Fitness 160cm, 4th place
Asian Body Fitness (2009) - Women Body Fitness, 1st place
Miss Fitness Championships, Thailand (2009) - Women Fitness 160cm, 1st Place

While I was looking for new info on Lisa, I ran across this site, Action Queens, that has a bunch of photos of Lisa that I have never seen before....

Lisa Cheng, Another Look

Here's another look at the beautiful Lisa Cheng, aka Lisa Cheng Lai Sho, aka "The Hong Kong Spider Woman".

I can't find a lot of info on Lisa except for her contest history:

I really wish I knew if she was thinking about continuing with her MMA training.

Lisa has appeared in a couple of films, All's Well Ends Well 2009 (2009) and Black Ransom (2010).
