When he got some time off from work, Saif Ali Khan immediately landed in Sydney to surprise girlfriend Kareena Kapoor who was shooting for Karan Johar’s Stepmom. People close to the actors always talk about their obsession with each and how they never miss a chance to spend quality time with each other. However, Kareena will break her Sydney schedule to attend childhood friend Reena Pillai’s wedding in Mumbai on December 10.
